The Milford Police Department will be participating in wave 42 of the Connecticut Department of Transportation High Visibility Safety Belt/Child Safety Seat “Click it or Ticket” Campaign. This statewide campaign will commence on May 21, 2012 and continue through June 3, 2012 promoting a “Safe Memorial Day Weekend.”

Milford Police will be continuing their high visibility enforcement effort of child safety seat and safety belt laws. Police efforts will include safety checkpoints in various locations of the city, as well as educational material being available through the department’s Crime Prevention Unit.
