Even though they are big company wholesaler of wines, they aren't agree of underage drinking. It was a good and special offer for the community cause it will avoid the youth to acquire early cases of under age drinking.
Now a days a lot of cases are arises with underage drinking due to which crime exceeded in the state ... So the wholesaler must have to take care about this matter, as if they will stop selling the wine to youths then there will definitely some decrement in these cases will come...
