Woodbridge Mental Health Awareness Month


Wellness Recovery Action Plan is an evidence-based strategy for maintaining mental wellness. Do you want to learn about nutrition and effectively introduce exercise into your regimen? Are your days filled with stress? Do you have a hard time handling anger or having difficulty with interpersonal relationships?  Can you benefit from emotional healing? If you know or live with someone who has an affective mood disorder, post-traumatic experience, an eating disorder, depression, anxiety, or any kind of discomfort, this brief introduction can show you a new hope for better functioning, improved communication, a better quality of life, and more informed support systems.
